4 Limes Quartered
1/2 Cup of sugar
5 oz. Cachaca (Brazilian liquor made from sugar cane)
Ice cubes preferably crushed Pitcher
Preparation
Combine cut limes and sugar in pitcher and mash with
a wooden pestle until the lime juice and sugar begin
to dissolve. Add Cachaca, mix well and add ice.
