Event Coordinator Help

Coordinating an event, the webmaster can help you communicate with our Fleet 5 members. Get him involved early he can help you by posting the information for your event on the web.

	Verify that the information provided in the General Calendar of events is correct for your event. It can be updated as your plans evolve.
	Write up the description of your event and any detail you would like the fleet to know and put it in an e-mail. We will incorporate your words on our website
	We can make an interactive questionnaire that will send responses directly to you via e-mail. A form can ask questions or request information
	As your event forms we can post it on the bulliten board
	You can include links to other websites, pictures, etc. - Be creative!
