Summer Cruise
To
New York City & West Point
The Cruise Committee has planned an exciting
2 week summer cruise with 2 great destinations. New York City
and West Point. The plan is to be in N.Y. for the Macy’s
fourth of July fireworks extravaganza and spend the following
weekend in West Point where we will not only have an opportunity
to tour the Military Academy and explore the Hudson Valley Riverfront
but we may also be able to catch their yet to be announced fireworks
display.
The cruise will include a 3 night stay
in both N.Y. Harbor and West Point along with some leisurely 2
night stays at a few favorite ports of call along the way in western
Long Island Sound. Since there are no adequate moorings or anchorages
along the Hudson River most of the stops in route to New York
and West Point outside the Long Island Sound will be at marinas.
The Cruise Committee is seeking Port Hosts
to coordinate the events and activities at each Port of call and
asks that you complete the registration form below to confirm
your participation as early as possible.
