The Fleet 5 website has a new look, the bulletin board will serve as a quick check as to any new postings on this website. We will also use it to draw your attention to anything new and exciting. We have made many small changes to each page in this website. Look around and get a feel for the new layout. Check out the "For Sale" or "Project" sections which are fairly new. If you have a project or article you would like to share feel free to send it to the Webmaster who will work to get it posted.
The Calendar section of this web site has been updated to make it easier to see the full year's events. Click on an event to zoom in and get the detail.
Check out the new message board (Forum). This private forum is intended to enhance communication between Fleet 5 members. Register then log in and let's chat and discuss what interests us most or better yet share what we know with our fellow fleet 5 friends!
As a service to Fleet 5 members we have add a For Sale page for members wishing to sell items others may have an interest in. This feature is available now! Just click on For Sale at the top of this page located under the banner picture.
SCAP
(Sail Connecticut Access Program)
Fleet 5 supports this program and hosts a member sailing day each
year. This
is an AMAZING experience for the able bodied sailor to share a
day with the challenged sailor. Please
click here to read more on this subject.
Want to monitor this bulletin board for changes? Just select the Page Monitor link on the left margin
Coordinating an event, the webmaster can help you communicate with our Fleet 5 members. Get him involved early!

Our Forum
I have launched a new forum which gives us many advantages.
You will need to register to gain access, please look in your
email for directions. Forums allow you to post your views, ask
questions and exchange information with others in our Fleet. Planning
a trip? Bought a new toy? Upgrading your boat? Looking for advice?
This is the place, forums can be a terrific source of information
and will keep us all connected better than email and it is much
more fun. Let's use this tool in this New Year.
